Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website — www.giprtechnologies.com. It does not cover the GIPR platform or any data a client sends us under a contract; that processing is governed by the agreement and the Data Processing Addendum between us, which control over this page.
EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2026 · LAST UPDATED 1 SEPTEMBER 2026
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately. We use that to reply to you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.
Everything below is the same statement in more detail.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you complete: your name, your email address, and your message, which are required, plus your organization, your role, and the systems you tell us are involved, which are optional. We also receive which of the four enquiry types you selected, so the message reaches the right person.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in the email.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served — including the requesting IP address, the page requested, and the time. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no A/B testing tools, no social media trackers, and no cross-site identifiers. We do not fingerprint your device. We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers, and we do not enrich what you send us with information from other sources.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If you use the light/dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under a single key, gipr-theme, holding one word: light or dark. That value never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Third parties
We keep this list short deliberately, and it is complete.
| Who | Why | What reaches them |
|---|---|---|
| Our hosting provider | Serves the pages | Standard server logs, including your IP address |
| Google Fonts | Serves the three typefaces this site uses | Your browser requests font files directly from Google, which means your IP address reaches Google. We receive nothing from this and set no Google cookie. |
| Our email provider | Delivers contact-form submissions to us | The contents of the form you submitted |
That is the entire list, and we will name any of these on request. Vendors that handle data inside the GIPR platform itself — a different and longer list — are set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
What we do with it, and for how long
We use what you send through the contact form to respond to you and to have the conversation you asked for. If that leads to a commercial relationship, the information becomes part of our ordinary business records for that relationship.
We do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for our ordinary business-record period afterwards. We delete it sooner if you ask, and we keep it longer only where we need to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended; residents of other US states and of the EEA and UK have comparable rights under their own laws.
To exercise any of them, email privacy@giprtechnologies.com. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, and we will tell you if we need the further 45 days the law allows. We may need to verify your identity before we act, which usually means confirming you control the email address the request concerns.
An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written authorisation.
We do not sell or share personal information. There is a dedicated page for that statement at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Other things you should know
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States and information you send us is processed there.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. What we can tell you about the platform’s security posture — including what we hold and what we do not — is on our security packet.
Links to other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, that site’s own policy governs what it does with your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
