GIPR Technologies · Company
Three different ages, and they all matter.
The practice behind this software is twenty-five years old. The product our clients pay for has been in production since October 2025. The company that builds it was incorporated in July 2026. Those are three different facts and the honest answer to “how long have you been doing this?” uses all of them.

Why two names. GIPR Technologies builds the software; Groves & Company delivers it. If you sign something, Groves & Company is the counterparty, and the consultancy’s twenty-five years of source-to-pay delivery is what stands behind the engagement. We spell this out because “who am I actually buying from” is the first question a procurement office asks and the last one most vendor websites answer.
02 — What happened, and when
Dated, not adjectival.
Two decades of source-to-pay delivery
Groves & Company implements source-to-pay across North America — retail, pharma and biotech manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, higher education, and state and local government — and is an Inc. 5000 honoree. The ontology in GIPR Core is that work written down — the entities, the relationships, and the specific ways real procurement data fails.
October 2025 — GIPR Connect goes to production
The integration and reconciliation platform goes live with paying clients, carrying two applications: GIPR Collaborate for contract collaboration and GIPR Reconcile for ghost-card, virtual-card and P-card programs. It has run continuously since.
July–August 2026 — the company and the filings
GIPR Technologies, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware on 23 July 2026. Three U.S. provisional patent applications follow, in July, August and September, covering the provenance and adjudication mechanisms behind GIPR Core.
GIPR Core, in beta
Core runs against real procurement data in beta today. What is built, what is partial and what is designed is published row by row rather than described in adjectives.

03 — Why this exists
Born from the work, not the whiteboard.
The argument that decides these projects is rarely engineering. It is what a supplier is across three ERPs and two acquisitions. That argument is settled fastest by someone who has already had it, on site, with the people who own the systems.
The failure patterns in this product are patterns we were called in to fix: go-lives, audits, duplicate payments found late, and the month-fourteen problems that architecture diagrams never show. The software is an attempt to stop solving the same ones by hand.
